MY STORY

I've always been a generalist, wanting to understand broader areas, working in different departments (sales, branding, marketing, category management, customer service), with different roles and different development projects. 

My last position was in a MT as CBO (Chief Business Officer), with international responsibility for B2B and B2C sales.

3 years ago, I made the jump into full-time entrepreneurship. 

I've been priviledged to work with people from all continents, people on different levels of the company, companies in various industries, the public and the 3rd sectors, supporting through different services and topics.

My strength is being the bridge between the harder facts of business (goals, strategy, sales, profitability, efficiency, etc.) and the softer values of people making this happen. Having the passion for supporting in topics related to leadership, teamwork, psychological safety and motivation.

People are a company's most important asset and the key to all success.

I'm used to working with multinational teams and people with different cultural backgrounds and I'm able to support you in English, Swedish and Finnish.
